Step 1: Membership

You pay a monthly membership fee for ongoing access to a dedicated home concierge.

Your membership includes:

  • A single point of contact for your home

  • Proactive maintenance planning

  • Priority access to vetted local service providers

  • Full coordination, scheduling, and follow-up

  • Oversight to ensure work is completed properly

  • 2 Proactive Home Maintenance services a year for no cost (HVAC tune, gutter cleaning, mobile car wash/detail, etc.)

The membership covers management and coordination, not the cost of repairs or services themselves.

Step 2: Home Inventory & Planning

At onboarding, we visit your home to:

  • Inventory key systems, appliances, and equipment

  • Record serial numbers, warranties, and service history

  • Build a maintenance calendar tailored to your property

  • Note access instructions and preferences

This allows us to handle both routine and urgent issues without pulling you into the details.

Step 3: Vetted Local Partners Do the Work

We maintain relationships with licensed, insured, and vetted local service providers across plumbing, HVAC, electrical, security, exterior services, and more.

When an issue arises:

  • We select the appropriate partner

  • Schedule the work

  • Coordinate access

  • Manage communication

  • Oversee completion

We stay involved from start to finish.

Step 4: Approval & Payment

Before any work is performed:

  • We confirm scope and cost with you

  • You approve the work

After completion:

  • We run payment through your preferred method

  • We pay the service provider

  • We handle any follow-up or issues

You receive one point of accountability, not multiple invoices and calls.

*You will be charged exactly what you would have been charged direct from the contracted party. There is absolutely no mark-up to you, the customer
