Pricing & What’s Included

Membership-only.

Membership pricing is on a 12-month contract, and then can be renewed month to month

Pricing:

  • $500/month ($6k for the year)
    -OR-

  • $5,000 up front ($1k savings over the year)

Twice a year, you may select a complimentary service from our offerings (such as HVAC servicing, gutter cleaning, or vehicle detailing) which is included in your membership

All additional services are billed separately.

Membership gives you access - not markups.

Your Membership includes:

  • A dedicated concierge assigned to your home

  • Full home inventory and service planning

  • Proactive maintenance scheduling

  • Priority access to vetted service providers

  • Single-point billing and vendor coordination

  • Quality oversight & follow-up

  • Discreet handling of all issues

  • 2 Proactive Maintenance services a year (will provide list to choose from)

Services themselves are billed separately at vendor rates.
